We employ various security measures to prevent unauthorized digital theft, including screenshotting or illicit possession. We kindly request that you respect our work and refrain from engaging in any activities that compromise the security and rights of our digital assets.

 6.    Limitation of Liability: While we make every effort to provide high-quality services, Mogul Filmz LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or delays.
 7.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland for any services rendered prior to August 2023, and the laws of Texas for any services rendered on or after August 2023. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective jurisdiction based on the service period.
